Like many of his teammates, Richard grew up in the construction industry and started working at his dad’s company as a teenager. After college, he quickly found that he had both a love and talent for the management side of construction. He joined the Diversified Construction team in 2014. One of Richard’s favorite projects to date was the Good Mews Animal Shelter. Not only did it present an opportunity for him to be instrumental in bringing the project to Diversified Construction, but he has also maintained a relationship with the client after the initial project – which led to additional projects for the shelter. He hopes every client believes Diversified gave them a good quality project on time and met their budget needs. Calm, accurate, and dedicated, Richard takes pride in turning projects with challenging timelines and budgets into success stories. He also takes pride in the fact that he’s been happily married for nearly four decades!
