Winta grew up in a household of contractors – electrician, construction manager, and foreman – who would occasionally take her to visit project sites. Each time, she was mesmerized by the notion of the money, workforce, and time it took to take a project from an empty lot to a beautiful building. She wanted to be part of that progress, and Diversified was proud to welcome her to the team in 2019. In her role as Project Coordinator, she oversees the creation and execution of all company contracts, along with closeout documents. She is in charge of setting up all new projects on Procore, including submittal log, budget, and commitments. Her favorite project to date was Coweta Public Works – as it put her skills to the test and revealed ways that both she individually and Diversified as a whole could streamline, grow and continue to deliver a quality project. The mark of a successful project is when the client wants to work with the Diversified team again. Consistent, patient, determined, and invested, Winta is a detail-oriented team player.
